Truck Wheel Wash Filtration System recycling 100,000 Litres per day of muddy water. The mud-laden water consisting of finely ground earthy and clay like materials eventually becoming saturated and unusable from the continual recirculation of the wash water. The purpose is to remove unwanted mud from the truck tyres before traveling out of the site and back on council sealed roads. If ignored could cause major accidents due to slippery conditions with mud etc on the road surface.
The solution is the Interfil waste water recycling system, processing 10,000 Litres per hour. The system is fully automatic and only requires minor interaction from an operator to attend to refilling polymer tanks and emptying the waste collection bin.
This system was installed at a waste recycling plant located in Qld Australia.
