It is constructed using 10mm all metal cast alloy that gives it a solid body and minimises rust while still being light in weight.
The impellers are individually balanced to ensure no vibration and smooth running and are keyed to high grade shafting of 4140. Extra layers of protection are available with coatings to the internals and impellers. Extra coating substantially improves resistance to aggressive or corrosive vapours, vastly increasing the longevity and durability of the centrifugal blower.
The multi-stage centrifugal blower is versatile and flexible, suitable for all your needs. It is available from single stage and up to five stages, based on your specific needs. This blower is designed with efficiency in mind. It consumes a minimal amount of electricity while generating maximal results, reaching vacuums of 25KPA and pressures of 30KPA.
The blower is capable of creating air flows that range as high as 2,000 to 2,500 cubic metres per hour and with its high vacuum of 25KPA and pressures of 30KPA it is surprisingly quiet. This low-noise blower only generates less than 80db of sound, which is virtually a silencer in this kind of machine. Low maintenance due to the outrigger bearings being easily remove and replaced.
Two available Drive options. You can choose direct drive or v-belt drive based on your preference and the intensity of your task. Each multi-stage centrifugal blower comes with a 12 month warranty for guaranteed repair and/or replacement at no extra cost, within the given terms and conditions.
